Out of Bounds: 9 Headlines In ’09
I’m giddy thinking about the start of the NBA season tomorrow. Here are 9 headlines/observations/predictions I expect to see this year:
Ron Artest vs. Rasheed Wallace.
Has anyone else stopped to think about this matchup?
The Lakers and the Celtics.
The two premier franchises in the NBA.
The last two NBA Champions.
The two favorites to get to the NBA Finals.
And, introducing for the
1st: i think the bad boys of the nba (artest and wallace) could make for the best finals ever especially with possibility of a nash-horry repeat from ’05. 2nd, not that i’m trying to hate on the lakers 3-peat, but in 03-04 the spurs where the defending champions, 3rd imagine a D-Wade, LeBron, David Lee pairing in New York.
